We are both a nonprofit and a social enterprise. Our nonprofit status allows us to accept donations and grants in order to grow our reach beyond the income of our restaurant.
Enrich & Employ
The Ice Cream Co. is a nonprofit entity training those with barriers to employment. We train in a working restaurant for real world experience. Our clients include those with disabilities, people learning English and those who have been through recovery.
